Changes and scope
Changes you request after concept approval are billed at the hourly rate, and we quote them before we start. Design errors on our side are fixed at no cost.

Do you build the tools?
No. We design; your shop builds. That keeps us on your side of the table: we add design capacity to your shop instead of competing with you for the build.
How do you keep our files confidential?
We sign your NDA (or ours) before any file changes hands.
What file formats do you deliver?
Native CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor or AutoCAD) plus STEP / Parasolid and PDF drawings, in inch or metric, with ASME Y14.5 GD&T.
What if there is a mistake in the design?
Design errors on our side are fixed at no cost. Every package includes free correction of design-caused issues until 30 days after first tryout (T1).
What happens if we change the part after concept approval?
Changes you request after concept approval are billed at the hourly rate, and we quote them before we start.
