Material is most of the cost of a stamped part, so the blank layout matters. We nested the part on the strip for yield, then produced the dimensioned detail drawings the toolroom works from.

For a galvanized guide ring in the same product line we ran load tests and published the result in the product datasheet: 2.45 kN elastic limit and 3.5 kN break load, signed by our licensed engineer.
